We not only categorically deny the news that is currently in circulation that the Indian
intelligence bureau has warned of an LTTE plan to kill the Indian Prime Minister, Mr
Manmohan Singh, the Congress Leader, Mrs Sonia Gandhi, the Home Minister, Mr P
Chithambaram, and the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Mr M Karunanidhi, but also condemn this
misinformation.

இந்தியப் பிரதமர் மன்மோகன்சிங் அவர்களையும், இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் திருமதி சோனியாகாந்தி, உள்துறை அமைச்சர் பா. சிதம்பரம், தமிழக முதலமைச்சர் மு. கருணாநிதி ஆகியோரையும் தமிழீழ விடுதலைப் புலிகள் கொல்லத் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளார்கள் என இந்திய புலனாய்வுத் துறையினரால் எச்சரிக்கை விடப்பட்டுள்ளதாக வரும் செய்திகளை முற்றாக மறுப்பதுடன் வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கின்றோம்.

இன்று மாவீரர் நாள்.
எமது விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வரலாற்றின் நாயகர்களைப் பூசிக்கும் புனிதநாள்.
எம்மண்ணை ஆக்கிரமித்து எமது மக்களை அழிக்க வந்த எதிரிப்படைகளை எதிர்த்துக் களமாடி, தங்கள் உயிரையும் உடலையும் எமக்குக் காப்பரணாக்கிய உத்தமர்களின் நினைவுநாள்.
உலக வரலாறு கண்டிராத பல தியாகங்களையும் சாதனைகளையும் தமிழீழ விடுதலைப் போராட்டம் கண்டிருக்கிறது.
தமிழீழ விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்தை வீரத்தின் உச்சத்துக்குக் கொண்டு சென்ற பெருமை இந்த வீரப் புதல்வர்களையே சாரும். அவர்களது உயிராலும் உதிரத்தாலுமே நாம் புதிய வரலாற்றைப் படைத்திருக்கின்றோம்.

Dear Sir,
The Panel established to examine and advise the UN Secretary General regarding accountability for the alleged violations in Sri Lanka of international human rights and humanitarian laws has invited submissions directly from those wishing to do so. According to the recent request of the UN Panel the submissions should reach it by 15 December 2010.

Clarifications of misconceptions of our movement activities
On 19 May 2009 we, the LTTE, announced that we would cease our armed activities.
Since that day we have not engaged in any activity involving arms.
We had pointed out in the past that after we were evicted from the areas that had been
under our control and also cut off from all outside contacts, the Government of Sri
Lanka and certain other agencies were using our name and some of our fighters who
had surrendered and were involved in carrying out various destructive activities.
